With the sound of triumphant music bidding farewell to the old year and stepping into a new journey, the ‘Song of Praise, Tribute to Struggle’ 2023 Annual Recognition and Award Ceremony of Fengbao Special Steel Group was grandly held on February 4, 2024, at the Hongqi Canal Spirit Study Camp in Linzhou City. The ceremony was attended by key leaders from the Linzhou Municipal Committee, Municipal People's Congress, Municipal Government, Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Hongqi Canal Economic and Technological Development Zone, as well as representatives from various local departments, trade unions, media, and more than 400 individuals, including representatives of the company's 2023 advanced groups and individuals. Tian Yuanfei, Deputy Secretary of the Linzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, delivered an important speech.

Despite the snow falling outside, the indoor atmosphere was warm and festive, with brilliant lights creating a dignified ambiance. The award ceremony’s main screen displayed elegant visuals, and motivational slogans like ‘Song of Praise, Tribute to Struggle’ spurred enthusiasm. At 7:00 PM, the ceremony commenced with the powerful anthem, "The Song of Fengbao."

Li Jingmin, Party Secretary and General Manager of Fengbao Special Steel, delivered a speech titled ‘Innovation, Creation, and Precision—Striving to Build a Globally Competitive, World-Class Energy Pipe Manufacturer.’ He expressed confidence in the company's achievements in 2023 and looked forward to the goals for 2024. He urged all Fengbao employees to seize Linzhou’s development opportunities, follow the leadership of the Chairman, promote the Hongqi Canal Spirit and Steel Soul Spirit, and contribute to the development of a globally competitive, world-renowned energy pipe manufacturer. He emphasized that the company must contribute to the modernization of China and the construction of a new modern middle-sized city.

After presenting the Management Innovation Award, Li Guangyuan, Chairman of Fengbao Group, gave a speech. He highlighted that the company’s achievements were made possible through the strong support of the municipal government, the efforts of Fengbao's employees, and the hard work of all the recognized individuals and labor models present. He stressed that development is the primary task, talent is a valuable asset, and innovation is the key to vitality. He encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of labor models, take the lead in achieving 2024 targets, and work towards creating world-class products and brands.

Tian Yuanfei, Deputy Secretary of the Linzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, presented awards to the labor models and gave an inspiring speech. He congratulated the awardees, praised Fengbao Group, and outlined three key points: First, play a leading role in accelerating transformation; second, drive innovation and implement it as a model; and third, fulfill social responsibilities. He emphasized that the municipal government would continue to support private enterprises like Fengbao Group, ensuring a supportive environment for investment and development.

Strength comes from unity, and development requires innovation. Amid the passionate commentary of the host and the resounding music, Mayor Tian Yuanfei and Chairman Li Guangyuan presented awards to the labor models, followed by the recognition of the 2023 advanced units and individuals, with representatives delivering speeches.

The ceremony concluded with the spirited chorus of ‘We Workers Have Power,’ symbolizing the conclusion of a successful evening. The enthusiasm of Fengbao’s people for ‘Song of Praise, Tribute to Struggle’ will continue to grow, and the spirit of learning, advancement, and role models will make Fengbao's steel team stronger. In 2024, Fengbao will achieve new accomplishments and create more brilliance.
