It is a research and development and manufacturing enterprise mainly engaged in commercial trailer axle assemblies and their components. It has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and covers an area of more than 70 hectares. The company has spared no expense to build an A-level performance axle intelligent manufacturing factory in accordance with the "Industry 4.0" standard. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a China Manufacturing 2025 strong base project. It is the domestic automobile parts manufacturer with the largest one-time investment.

To ensure product quality, the company has hired high-level European and American teams to meticulously design each component. Key parts such as the axle body, wheel hub, brake drum, and brake disc are all self-manufactured by the company, with the entire axle production process completed in-house, without any outsourcing. The company has introduced the first set in the country of two 180-box/hour world-renowned German KW fully automated molding equipment, and owns six world-class, self-owned intellectual property seamless steel tube extrusion forming production lines for trailer axle (shell) bodies. By fully utilizing the group's blast furnace steelmaking and steel pipe raw material advantages, the company is equipped with internationally leading high-precision, intelligent, and automated mechanical processing and assembly equipment. Combined with comprehensive testing and experimental systems, the company ensures that products have a longer service life, maintenance cycle, reliable braking performance, strong interchangeability, and convenient maintenance.
